The Battle of Ia Drang was the principal significant engagement in the Vietnam War, with USA and North Vietnamese powers conflicting in a fight enduring three days. The frightening story of this fight would later be utilized to make the book (and ensuing motion picture) We Were Soldiers, however resigned Army Colonel Tony Nadal lived it firsthand.
This is now being known as the best footage ever discharged of the Vietnam War. The AARP set up together this clasp of Colonel Nadal telling his account of the Battle of Ia
Drang in conjunction with 35mm and 16mm reels pulled from that National Archives that were then checked utilizing a 4k scanner, conveying this dreamlike story to general society in a way that is never been seen.
